Holiday Clubs
St. Joseph’s Child Care Group provides holiday clubs during the school holidays. These clubs are very popular and run with the same staff as we use in our Tea Time Club. Children will need to be aged between 4 and 11 year old and will have a chance to try a new craft each day or take part in a number of organised games and activities.
These run three times a year. The dates for the academic year are provided below. Information regarding our costs and a booking forms can be found below.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE SESSIONS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE TO THOSE CHILDREN THAT ARE CURRENTLY PUPILS AT ST. JOSEPH’S. PLACES WILL BE OFFERED ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS.
2023 - 2024
- October Half Term Monday 23rd October - Friday 27th October
- Feburary Half Term Monday 12th February - Friday 16th February 2
- Summer: Wednesday 17th July – Friday 2nd August
This is an exciting opportunity to send your children to our Summer Playscheme. It will run from Wednesday 17th July to Friday 2nd August 2024.
The children will need to be aged between 4 to 11 years old (year R to year 6). They will have a chance to try a new craft each day or take part in a number of organised games and activities which our Tea Time Club staff will oversee. This includes our “BOUNCE BACK TUESDAYS,” “WHEELY WEDNESDAYS” and “WATER FRIDAYS”
There is an option of session times:
Mornings 8.30am to 12.30pm £15.00
Afternoons 1.30pm to 5.30pm £15.00
All Day 8.30am to 5.30pm £25.00
Full week Monday to Friday £115.00
1st 3 Days Wed 17th, Thurs 18th
Friday 19th July £70.00
Whole Playscheme 13 days £285.00
If your child is booked in for an all-day session, they will be supervised during the lunch break, 12.30pm to 1.30pm so please make sure to send them in with a packed lunch and plenty to drink.
If you would like your child to attend, then a registration form is available from the Schools main office, Tea time or via the Schools web site. Places will be offered on a first come, first served basis and need to be booked in and paid for by Friday, 28th June 2024.
All payments must be paid in advance, via Parentmail (under Playscheme) as well as childcare voucher. This pre-payment will enable us to secure your booking.
