Coronavirus – School Work


At the time when prayer is most important and we cann’t get together to celebrate mass, we thought we’d let you know how you can celebrate mass/ the rosary/ or other prayers privately at home.

Daily Worship – Fr. PJ Smith, Episcopal Vicar for Education and Catherine Hobbs, Director of Schools invite all our schools and schoolchildren to join in a daily Liturgy and Thought for the Day, live Monday to Friday at 10.15 am, from the Cathedral.

  • Art – resources completely free for 30 days. There are numerous Easter art Activities with free downloadable activity sheets to use and parents can register for free.
  • PE with Joe – Starting Monday 23rd March – a free workout aimed at kids LIVE on my YouTube channel. With the schools closed and with us all spending more time at home, it’s more important than ever that we keep moving and stay healthy and positive. Exercise is an amazing tool to help us feel happier, more energised, and more optimistic. The workouts will be fun and suitable for all ages and even adults can get involved. You don’t need any equipment, just tune in to my YouTube channel at 9am each morning for a 30-minute, fun workout.”
